Cancellations
Due to the limited number of nights available during the ski season, and variable weather and snow conditions, we run a strict cancellation policy. If you’re not comfortable taking a punt on the weather or snow conditions, we suggest you wait until closer to your dates to book, or you might want to take out domestic travel insurance to cover cancellations.

Unfortunately we do not offer refunds for cancellations. If you have to cancel let us know as soon as possible - if we are able to fill your booking we maybe able to credit you your booking for the following year. Alternatively, you may transfer your booking to another party – just let us know. If you transfer your booking you remain responsible for the booking including ensuring the new party knows what they NEED TO KNOW and has the backcountry experience and snow safety skills required.

By booking you agree to these terms.

Booking Tips
Booking for 3 - 4 nights gives you a bit more flexibility around weather and snow conditions.

Rotate your group over 3 or 4 nights.

Domestic travel insurance for cancellations is strongly recommended.

Embrace the bad forecast - you might be pleasantly surprised with the skiing you are able to squeeze in between storms - if you don't go you don't know. You don't get snow if it doesn't storm!
